A repeatable workflow
Organize by job
Use categories such as product concept, ad direction, moodboard, or storyboard rather than arbitrary style piles.
Expose variables
Mark the words a user should replace and document the acceptable value range for each field.
Attach evidence
Save a representative result, model/date, successful conditions, and common failure beside the prompt.

Worked example
